Gerry has over thirty five years’ experience within the road recycling and soil stabilisation industry, working both in the UK and abroad.

Since 2006 he has led Stabilised Pavements UK business. He is highly respected in the industry, and his experience is vastly recognised as Head of the Road Surface Treatments Association Recycling Committee as well as member of the Association’s Executive Committee. Gerry is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Highways & Transportation and the Institute of Asphalt Technology.

The knowledge Gerry has gained over the years has been used to great effect with him assisting in the development of the TRL 386 Report for Cold In-Situ Recycling and establishing the CO2 savings calculator.   He was a member of Steering Committee (CASSST, Greenwich University) charged with writing specifications and guidelines on treating contaminated soils, and was hand selected by the DTI to help gather information on stabilisation and solidification during a mission to the USA.

 As a business leader, Gerry has helped set up two Road Recycling Divisions within the UK and Ireland and has written and implemented company Quality and Environmental Management Systems, achieving ISO accreditation.
